87..89..91... 100 octane???!!!

this is what i found at the unocal 76 in sin city .5 mile south of the strip.

I'm sure there are a few suckers putting that into their car and wasting a lot of money (along with the odd person who actually has a use for it).

I've heard evrybody talkin' about racing fuel at the pump but I still have yet to see it.

theres a couple gas stations where i live, that have 110 octane. The cost 5.75 a gallon not cheap but did wonders for my trans am when i had it.

there's a sunoco station about a half hour away that has 100oc for 3.50/gal.

put in a few gallons once when the gas gauge lamp came on. the car did feel smoother. other benefits than that

The only people who will make good use of that are forced induction types, especially turbos. The rest are wasting their money.

yah.i have seen this 100 octane in charlotte,nc state too
maybe nascar is held there..that is why
$4 a gallon

Union/Unocal 76 stations have always featured 100+ octane 'racing' fuel at selected stations. This is nothing new.

As others have said, unnecessary in 99.9% of stock street-designed cars (including ours).
