I was on parkway friday going to edison. Doing 80 cause the flow of traffic was at 80. All the sudden my friend's radar starts screaming, i was like oh shit. So we slowed down, but the flow of traffic still kept at 80 and passed the cop, he didnt even come out and pull anyone over.

There is too much overgeneralization done around here.

You're saying all NJ State Troopers are cool.
Another person will come here and say they're racist assholes.

Perhaps you should say "the state trooper who pulled me over was cool" because you really can't vouch for the rest of them.

Watch next week you come back here and are all hating on them because one pulls you over for something else.

I really haven't ever ran into a bad cop except maybe this one Wisconsin Trooper that indicated he would start looking for more stuff if I didn't stop arguing. He had got me on VASCAR.

Anyway speaking of your friend's radar detector, I did this once, try this. While he is showing off speeding down the freeway over 100mph, he's focused on the road, so reach down secretly and pull the radar detector cord slightly out of the socket to turn off the detector; then plug it right back in to start up the power sequence. It's sounds like instant on radar; can you say slam on the brakes, almost have a heart-attack! I couldn't stop laughing...

Why would you drive 80MPH without wearing your seatbelt? If you hit something or something hit you the airbag system would do more harm than good if you weren't properly restrained.

I wisht that I had gotten pulled over by the state trooper that pulled you over!! The only speeding ticket I've gotten was on the GSP, and he was a prick to me...then again, was doing 98 in a 55, so thats what he wrote me up for!

actually, the state trooper said, and I quote "I should cut your license in half right now!!!" That was enough for me, needless to say I havent gotten a ticket since, and Im 25 now. I got that ticket when I was 17!! I got real lucky.

A remote control also works great, sets off the laser detection!
Almost had to clean the seat once when I had the V1 in my van, the kid uses the remote on the vcr and V1 screams everytime
