Just a quick side question and sorry about the hijack but, what is everyones feelings on the reflectors inside the light housing. Because of my latest accident I need new headlight housings meaning they have to be re-cleared I was thinking about just breaking out those reflectors instead of upgrading the bulbs. With my windshield being tinted I need as much help as I can get.

I think removing that would make the beam really direct and you'd be blinding people left and right.

And I cant see any difference in blinding people just because the reflector has been removed compared to getting 8000K bulbs

save your money for a better mod. if you were going to upgrade your high beams to HID that would be one thing, but swapping out your HID's for a set that are a different color? i think you could spend your money more wisely, especially if you plan on running quicker than me in the spring.
just my opinion.

The first one is when it first lights up...i think...don't remember. The other 2 is after it is already lit up. The 2nd is what I see everyday when driving. The third, reason is so blue is I happened to catch it just at the right angle.
DO NOT remove the reflector. My friend and I have done numerous tests, and you do not increase any visibility by remove the reflector. you only serve to give further reason for people to want to ban HIDs. If visibility is your concern, do not upgrade to 6000k.

I got them from a dood in Taiwan...and yes the bulbs are all authentic. I think his email was jus4bulbs@yahoo.com, I have to check to be sure. I paid $240 shipped overnight for my Osram.
