Guys im thinking about picking up these rims in 18s....



Im going for 245/40/18 from wheelmax.com what do you all think? its 1500 on the site maybe someone knows where i can get it cheaper? I love these rims... and also the Axis Se7en!!!!!

Those rims are hot... so hot that I bought them myself!! They just arrived yesterday, so I hope to get them mounted and balanced and installed within the next week. Good choice in rims.

BTW, I bought the rims from autocarparts.com and bought my own tires since wheelmax gives you shitty tires in their packages unless you spend more $$. Doing it seperate like I did ended up costing me $300 less then the Wheelmax package.

Junior - what size and offset?

 

I love those wheels, I came really close to getting them a few years back

 

245/40 is too wide a tire.
Go with 225/40 or 235/40 for the diameter closest to stock.

i would have gotten those rims, except that i already have them on my subaru legacy. and yes, they are HOT!

 

What about a different color than silver?

 

they have them in hyperblack and gunmetal also, but i wanted something different.

 

I got them in 18" and +48 offset with 225/40/18 tires.

I was this close | | to getting them in Hyperblack... but I don't know... for some reason they just looked like the silver with brake dust on them... so I went with the standard silver rims
