My rear brake indicators started to make noise today. Is 56k miles sound about right for rear brake replacement?

No need for the fronts..I did drilled and slotted rotors and new pads last year.

I have 98k+ on mine and the rear pads haven't been changed yet, but I figure sometime next spring I will have to do them.

I'd say you got some good life out of those rears. I had to change mine at about 42K. Which rotors do you have as the fronts?

Very nice. I thought about getting those, but got the Rotora slotted instead. You getting the same for the rears?

I would think the rotors in the rear could be turned since they are not used as heavily as the front rotors in braking.

Just had to replace my rear pads for the first time ever @ 77k miles last week. The rotors looked good still so i didn;t get them resurfaced. Just replaced the pads and was on my way. I also waited until they started making noice.
