I happened to recently get a set of Koni yellows and ground controls for
ACURA TL 2004-08
ACURA TSX 2004-08
HONDA ACCORD 2003-07

Part number for the struts
Font: 8041-1322LSPORT and 8041-1322RSPORT

My question is how different are these compared to the ones that are meant of the CL. I understand the part number is different but I know the weight of a CL is about the same as a 3rd gen TL (From my research the TL is 30 lbs heavier)

Is it possible to run these as long as I switch my top hats?

they might just bolt right up... you would have to remove one of yours and compare it side by side. if they match, they will fit

 

Someone on 6thgenaccord forum is running 6th gen accord coils on a tsx. Assuming that is true it should work on our car also.

 

Thanks, I found a couple of thread on the 6th gen forums and people have swapped the suspension. The top hats need be swapped and the rear bushing.

 

Alright, I might just go with full coilovers. I'll just sell them if I can.

 

What coils you gonna go with?
