So after five months, it looks like the show down is about to happen. Four BMW's on my floor. One 318i (I won't bother) and one 325 (naaaaa), and two brand new 330Cis. The 330Ci drivers and I just glance at eachother on the parking lot before and after work.

Today pulling out for lunch one of the 330's revved the engine - he was ahead of me. Then he pulled out of the driveway at about 55 mph.

Tomorrow I'll pull up next to him, and we'll see what happens!

There is also two Porsches, one GS400, another CL-S, and a lot of smaller supposed racing machines.

We'll see how far up the ladder I go...

I'm going to Laguna Seca in Monterey in February for a 2-day track event / driving school, and I'm going to try to drive Buttonwillow later this year.

 

I was at Laguna about five months ago!

Going there on a spec event? Any free-track days in February!

Maybe we'll meet up and race?
