I got burned at the dealership in San Antonio pretty bad and told them to make up for it I wanted them to perform the 30K mile checkup for free. They said they couldn't do that so I bartered and told them to change the oil, transmission fluid, and spark plugs. Is there anything else of high importance that needs to be done with the 30K maint?

I already had new brake pads put on under warranty (fade problem like everyone else). I am getting new tires so I am not concerned about rotation etc.

 

Yes there is more. It is in the user manual. read it.

 

Spark plugs are due at 105,000 miles, NOT at 30K ! Did you bother reading the manual and reading the sales sticker in the window when you bought the car ? Or did you buy it used .......Anyway, 30K service is questionable !
