I just got done with the 3rd tv. Till I can find the balls to hack into my dash to recess the one in the dash so it will be inbetween the vents,this is what it looks like:

Oh, i think you need a couple more up there.

 

The hu hardly show any,and the one up top never.The one on the passenger really only show glare from the sun being on the right shining from the rear.most that glare is from the flash.
Tint on the sides would work.I just dont want to spend on tint right now.
I just got the lower runners,still waiting on the spacer set up,(those dam bolts)are holding that up.And I'm trying to scratch up the dough for the 09 manifold set up.Then the porting+polishing going to start.This winter will be filled with getting some go fast parts.

The HU, and the one where the sunglass compartment is as far as I would go. The one on the dash I would remove.

 

That one is going into the dash.it's just on the dash for now.

 

the two in the middle are alright, but i wouldn't cut into your dash or anything. just take that one screen out, or put it between your console for the back seats or something.

It's your vehicle man, I was just stateing my opinion. Three is just a little to much for me, one is all I would have if I was to ever get a DVD player installed.

but yeah i would say remove that passenger side one and put it somewhere better than that, maybe up in the sunvisor or something

 

I'd get a TV put in the middle of the steering wheel. Maybe one on the floor by the accelerator.

Got 2 monitors at first that I was just going to run a gaming console on,Then got the HU since I had to buy accesorys anyway to get it running.Might as well buy the new hu.
now placement,I did actually wire them for the rear but, found no good place to put them where my son would not get to them.
1 went in the sunglass holder with some triming,(looks flawless) It don't close.it can swing up to the screen if for some odd reason I needed it to.My son can see this one from the back and can't touch it.
The 3rd one I'm putting in the dash so the passenger won't have to keep there head looking to the side to veiw the hu.
All 3 acually have good placement,I think.
I might have to worry about thiefs. I have 0$ deductible + $3000 extra on my insurance,It don't really bother me as long as they don't cause $3000 of damage I don't have to pay anything.
A thief would have to catch me while I was out.It would never happen at my house.
I live towards the end of a dead end road.All the neibors know me.
I got a alarm.
This will sound pretty ignorant but,Also I got 32shot 9mm clips of here. I'm not posting pics either, so don't ask.

Yea actually,I just got a set of lower runners.
A spacer setup like rajca has.
And I just sold one of my subs this morning for 235,So i might be buying the 09 intake of the 09tl sh awd intake setup.
Then all three pieces will be getting match ported and polished.
That's just what's happening about right now.
Bigger things will be happening over the winter collecting parts and some rebuilding.Spring should be pretty fun.watch out type s'ers I'll have something for ya in the spring.

but yeah get tint or something to hide those moniters especially if they are where currently that you plan to mount them (just got a qoute for a quality tint on mine[03 TL_S] [i want darker] $225, a CL shoud be slighty less

 

someday the drivers and passenger windows will get tinted. the rear sides and the back window are done now.I don't feel like spending the $60 bux on sides.

It's your car so do whatever you like. I myself don't understand the need for a TV for the front passenger, I talk to them to keep them entertained....

 

I had 3, so I'm going to use 3.
Everyone that's seen the screens so far has said nothing but good comments.
The only time I ever hear bad comments on my ride is here.
Some of you will see the ride at one of the up coming meets in the spring/summer and you will think other wise, I'm sure.

As far as the TVs go, its not my style.

Ive had my Avic in my dash for over a year. It can play DVDs. I use it for navigation and music. I dont even have the desire to watch a movie on it.

I was planing on starting to tare into the car soon.I wasn't planning on doing a meet till spring/summer.

Ive never met any of the guy's but,I guess it's a early morning thing and it's the first saturday of every month.It's possible I will go, if your going to go.

same here, it was a novelty in the beginning and my H/U is only weeks old.

it's mainly used for Navi and Music.
