3.7 CL possible?

specs on the new 2007 MDX:

The latest variant J37A1 displaces (3664 cc) with bore and stroke of 3.4 x 3.8 inches (90 x 96 mm). Rated output is 300 hp at 6000 rpm and 275 ft·lbf at 5000 rpm. The J37 is used in the 2007+ Acura MDX.

CL-S specs
The J32 displaces 3.2 L and is a SOHC VTEC design. Bore is 89 mm and stroke is 86 mm.

bore is 1 mm off. could it be possible or no way b/c of the 1mm difference just wondering.

The stroke on the J37 is 96mm vs 93mm on the J35. The bore on the J37 is 90mm vs 89mm on the J35.

I'm not sure if the J37 internals would fit into a J35 block. I know that there is no room to bore out the J32 block... Even 1mm.

dammit 275 lbs of Torque gone to waste on another SUV. Hopefully a new MDX one day will make our CLs NA monsters.

yeah ever since they let Danica Patrick drive for Honda it's been all downhill from there. I think I will never drive Honda brand cars again unless it's a NSX.

Let women drive your race cars and suddenly your production cars are less aggresive in performance but suddenly have more accessories and features.

I believe that the new J blocks are .5" shorter so I doubt it. I know that someone tried CL-S cams on the new J30 in 03+ accords and they indicated that it did not work......
