Trap has nothing to do with ET; you obviously know nothing about vehicles and performance dynamics other than what you read in magazines. Warmer temps do not mean better short times, that is another overwhelming sign of your ignorance. This is not a linear equation.

Not bad but expect a lot more from a car with as many mods and money put into it. A 6spd CL-S stock can run low 14's high 13's might need a few mods to get your trap. Good luck breaking in to the 13's and keep all those race stories coming.

Oh by the way, typeR, it does seem like you could get a better 60 foot time. ith a better time and a trap hat high, you should easily break into the 13. Hell, I ran a 13.5 in my s2k with a 1.4 trap. Loer 60foot time though. Good luck with the future mods.

My wife has a 2002 maxima and i have fun in that car to, but it dosent match the Cl ,sorry speed isn't everything. yes i like nissan to but the last thing i 'll ever do is bash a cl member like you.

weird how my video makes it over to this forum. I am the auto max runnin 13.9 in that vid. I just met Zoot about a month ago and starting to meet others in my area. I feel my car can hold its own but type r with a 102 trap is very very respectable. No i'm not here trying to start something I just can't believe my video got in this thread. BTW it was shot at rockingham dragway in NC. Matt
13.9s with slick is not that Super impressive your 60' is 2.0 ... CLS usually do 2.3s for the 60' now that 0.6s in 1/4...
NA Auto CLS with only headers run 14.4s.... now subtract 0.6s for the slick... and that is 13.8s with just headers and slicks.. pretty even...

Bluby2k2 knows he's slower than my CL (just messing w/you Matt), but i'll agree, his car is on crack....we did a roll from 40mph and it took me til 65 to really start pulling on him, of course when i sprayed it was a different story, but Maxima's have some much tourque, that's where they tend to get us off the line, but the CL tends to pull better at higher speeds....just from personal experience....

at the line for bit. Still lost. And stop whinning and run in the 13's already. $4000 and can't run 13's. A 6spd with an intake, street tires and a good launch can do 13's let alone $4000 in mods?

Oh and ive put just about as much money into my CL as TYPER, and i havent broken into the 13's, technically, but my trap says i should run 12's....so until you can come with a faster time (w/proof)....back off and go back to the maxima forum, cause that seems to be the place where you belong...
oh yeah....ive raced a couple of the six speed maximas when i was stock and they were stout, but by the time i hit third gear i was holding the "peace" sign out the window
