A new LSD is ~$800 from Honda.
05-06 TL 6MTs are much easier to source and have identical gearing and the LSD. All you need to do is drill the hole in the bell housing for the crank gear and drill and tap the bosses for the front torque dampener. Im running an 06 tranny in my CL.

ohh... man just read all posts... you are doing well.. good luck... I had experience doing swap on Honda Accord from F18B engine to F23A.. and I know how it's hard
