for anyone who knows. what is your position on the thickness of the sleeves in regards to a turbo application on this setup. what do you think would be a maximum boost before failure to the sleeve would occur?

With what compression ratio?? Stock 10.5:1 would allow for about 8 - 9 PSI intercooled before many items started to potentially go south.

say the rods and pistons have been changed to superior quality and a compression ratio of 9:1 to 9.5:1. also scalbert, i have enjoyed your technical expertise over the short past few months i have been on here. question about your pnp harness for the e manage you have developed. does it add timing as well as retards timing, say in the range of +20 to -20. thanks

At that point I suspect quite a bit more before the sleeves go south. Possibly in the 15 - 18 PSI range with proper tuning.
