2003 CLS6 high idle surge

Hi Gent,
I need help fixing the high idle surge. Replaced new idle air control valve from rockauto did not work & replaced a used throttle body from junkyard did not work also. What to do next?

Hi all, So i think it was the cruise control cable, it was a little bit tight. I've been driven the car for a week now with no surge rpm .
