Mine is 6 years old

Dealer has been telling me for 2 years that it doesn't pass their load tests . Seeing as my car still starts im not replacing it. However the other day there was a huge amount of corrosion on the negative terminal I had to clean off. I will probably get a new battery in the spring.

I should probably replace mine sometime soon.

If I leave the AC on for too long with the car off...kaput. Jump start for me

You do know the AC doesn't blow cold with the car off, right?

I replaced the battery in my 03' about a year ago. I hate to say it but I put a cheap Walmart battery in it. It died in a parking lot about 3 blocks from a Walmart so I got one of their cheap ones... $50 for a battery. It works great but I would rather have a red top.

Nothing wrong with a walmart battery, they are all I use

They may not be the best battery but they have the best warranty. For the price you can't beat the no questions asked 3 year return policy. Plus for a bonus if you need a replacement you get another three warranty on the replacement.

if you live anywhere where it gets cold (such as NJ) you want a battery that will start the car no matter what. my 02 CL-S battery lasted 8 years to the month (11-01 to 11-09) and i replaced it with a 900CCA battery. car starts first time every time even when it gets to -28F outside (coldest it got this year where I am at) The HIDs don't even flicker.

The acura battery was down to slightly under 400CA when it was tested in nov and the hids would flicker when the car started.

Weird. The previous owner of my car replaced the battery with a Die Hard before I bought it (03 CL-S, I bought on 8/08). I'm guessing the battery was almost new...

I just put a canadian tire 72 in mine. Would have bought a yellowtop, or at least an eliminator... but, my dad decided to buy me a 72, so that's fine.

I bought it from my cousin in MI when I went there for a family visit. All I know is that it will last and they use them in construction equipment

That Braille battery cost me about $150 from Jegs and they included the mount for free. (it normally sells for $20)

I used the mount designed for it from Braille. Jegs tossed it in for free with my purchase. They may still be offering the same deal.

I've had the battery for a year now and It starts up every time. The car sat for a couple months in 09 and I just kept a trickle charger on it. Even in the recent cold weather we've been having in the northeast that little battery cranks right up.
However I don't have a big stereo system, and I'm using a stock size lightweight crank pulley. If your looking for a way to drop 30 pounds off the front of your car this battery is the cheapest way to do so. Costs less than a CF hood. Don't forget they also make a CF version for I think a little over 200$ it weights even less.

Mine lasted 5.5 years, last winter it finally wouldnt hold a charge in the cold. I'm sure having a subwoofer in it the past 3 years didnt help its life expectancy.

I got the Duralast Gold, mostly because the warranty is good and I could get i local and was in stock. No way I would pay $200 for an Optima. I have a red top in my Cobra, and its ok I guess, but no better than a standard battery is.

I did have to cut off the handle from the duralast, as the tie-down and cover wouldn't fit with it on.
