Hey guys,

I'm hoping someone here can help me. This past Saturday my car wouldn't start. It wouldn't crank over, just a short whirr when I turned the key to on.

I was able to push start it and pop the clutch and drive it to a nearby Sears where they tried to replace the starter, but that wasn't the problem. I then took it to a nearby shop where they ran an electric diagnostic on it which turned up empty.

Now I've read on the forums about a problem with the fuel pump relay on hot days and I did experience that issue in the past, but it seemed to go away. When that happened, my car would still crank but wouldn't start. This seems like a different issue, however I'm not certain.

I'm hoping someone has some insight or a similar issue and what it took to fix it. I love this car so much and it's the first real issue I've experienced with it in 12 years with the car.
