My mother has a 2002 auto maxima. Saturday night she is driving it and all of a sudden, there is no acceleration at all. had the car towed to the dealership. dealership calls this morning and says there are 2 recalls. 1 for the gas pedal and 1 for the ECU regarding the transmission. ANyone else hear anything like this regarding the maxima tranny?

Don't know about the tranny, but there were 2 ECU recalls for my '00 Maxima during the first 1 1/2 years of ownership.
