I just got my headers installed on tues. and have been waiting on a mustang to run, well it finally happened last night. We got a few good runs, all from a roll and I walked him each time. I couldnt really tell if the headers made that much of a difference, but after running him, I could tell. Before, I would pull 1/2car-1car, but from a roll @45, I pulled 2-3 cars easily and was still gaining distance all the way up to 100. I was glad someone finally wanted to run cause most times stangs wont do anything....thanks headers for making have a dumb look on his face

im pretty sure it wasnt an auto, maybe i just got a car that was built in the middle of the week, so it runs a little better than a friday car

yeah..it was a 99+ b/c it didnt have the hood scoop. I think the 99's and 2000's didnt come with the hood scoops? Anyways, i know it was a GT.....2k1trublu, im sure there are plenty of CL's in N. Va, or MD that will run you...just post it in Car Talk...if you feel like coming to NC, im sure i'll be there and so will FASTVTECCL

I HAD AN 89 5.0 LX AND NOBODY PICKED ON ME BUT I SOLD IT WHEN THE WIFE AND KIDS CAME ALONG NOW I'M LOOKING FOR A SUPRA TT, BUT THE ASKING PRICES ARE OUTRAGEOUS

 

not sure if the mustang was stock or not, but i know from how well i pulled, he would need at least a few mods to pull even. I also had about 200lbs extra (a friend) in the car and he was flying solo...im just glad more of them are gradually starting to run us cause its actually a drivers race
