2001 CL production date on 10/2000, buy it or not?

one dealer has a car in stock, and it is maybe already sit in the lobby for several mouths. I may be able to get a good price on it. Is there anything wrong for me to buy it? What is the big difference between this car and a new producted car? Does it really matters?

By the way if I put deposite I should use credit card or check, or doesn't matter.

Some quick response is highly appreciated. I need to make the decision very quickly.

Thanks a lot.

My car is an September car #22,299 (last 5 digits of VIN) and it is fine - nothing that I know of is changed between then and now.

Credit card or check doesn't matter.

Thanks for the information. What do you think if this car is not in the showroom but lay outside? I am in boston area, and have a lot of snows here. Any suggestions? Thanks a lot.

Cool, my car is a Sept. build too...#20531. I got mine on Jan. 13th.

Four months seems like a long time to sit, but she only had 4 miles on her when i drove her off the lot. Got the new cup holder and no rattles thus far.

Go for the buy my friend you won't regret it.
