AutoZone has two one with coolant sensor port one without. Which is the correct one 2001 type s automatic

Pretty sure you'll need the one with the sensor port. Why not take a visual inspection and see what's on there now?
BTW, what's wrong with the radiator?

I sold the car to my buddy down south he claims it needs one. He gave me the code pa66-gf30k
