2 races in one week! This time Boxster goes down.

2 races in one week! This time Boxster goes down.
I am driving south on the Turnpike this morning. As I go thru the toll plaza, I see a white Boxster accelerating hard. I floor it and pull behind him. We are both in the left lane with one slow car holding us up. The car moves to the middle lane and its on. We both hit the gas and I start pulling on him slowly. It gets to the point where I have to switch lanes or I'd hit his bumper. Traffic caused us to ease off and end the battle. I'm not sure if he had 5 speed or tip, but I really expected more from the Boxster, especially on a roll.

was it a boxster-S? I had a run-in a while back.....i was a neophyte to the racing scene so i got my ass handed to me royally.....not sure it would've helped. They weigh SOOOOOO much less than us.

Yes I was in my Acura. I think I drove me vette to work once so far this summer. It has been raining down here every day. It was just a plain Boxster, not an "S". Also, it did not look very good in white.
