2 headers questions???

Just install "SSautochrome" headers today by myself, it took me 3.5hours. SO now problem is it makes strange noise like there is a hole in there, What can it be? I think it maybe oxygen sensor which I didn't screw well, but check engine light didn't turn on!??? And second question will it void my warranty since is not CT headers???

Check & recheck all your bolts. Make sure they are tight & not leaking.
