18x7.5 43 or 48 offset

Which would work for me better the 43 or 48.

I'd like to run 235/40s.

This is with H&R Sport Springs.

48, what kind of wheels? 43 could work also, but they will stick out noticeably. and risk rubbing with those tires.

The lip will be much thinner. Eclipse with 18x7.5.

Stick towards +48 to +51 in the 7.5" and 8" rims.

48, i rub on 45's so youll def be rubbing hard on a 43 offset especially with 235 series tires

oh yea but im on an eibach drop, so thats why i rub so much, i dunno about hte H&R though

Note that running a 235 on an 18" rim requires 8" width to stay within spec. You would probably be ok on a 7.5" width, but you are no longer in spec.
