They also bitched when we ran a group-buy in July of this year for $1066 shipped. Turns out both of those deals were great at the time they were offered....

That group buy price is pretty good, but not the lowest.

No, when they first came out, it was $1500 and that's how much I paid for mine back in 1999.

 

Oh, let me correct myself... When they first came out for the6 SPEED's , they were 999.00 shipped through Dean Baty.... but other dealers decided to bitch about the price he was selling them for so he had to up the price so CT would get off his back.

 

That’s the price I got MINE at.
Previously, the best we could do was 1300 from Comptech or 1250 plus tax & install at the dealer.
