10 hours and 2 great CHEAP cosmetic mods *PICS*

Well yesterday 2 friends and myself decided to make custom grills for our cars, mine (01 cl-p) and my friends saturn sc1 and chevy blazer (2 door). Any ways when we finnished with the grills one of them said lets clear out your headlights. I was hesitant but fell into the trap. We DID IT! From 10:30 pm till 2 am and then the next morning 10 am till 11 am.. What a b*tch. But it looks 100x better. Here are some pics.

Looks great, But I cant see spending 10 hrs on anything except girls or video games.

It looks like you kept the horizontal "bar" in the grill?! - Can you give us MORE DETAILS about the install? ie. How did you do it? How did you fasten the screen? Do you paint the screen BEFORE or AFTER install?

Yeah, it looks as if you placed the grill over the chrome bar and "A" symbol, until you see the chrome "A" coming through. Guess I'll just have to see it Sat.

as far as the grill goes.. i took out the chrome wing in the back but left the place to mount it. And yes I spray painted the screen before i put it in. I would like to say thank you to SilverKnight and langjae for your instructions in the Garage section. the screen is fastened by bending it around the black plastic pieace behind the crome boarder. then put the boared on top and hit holds it in place.

those are custom eyebrows made by me and my buddy alex out of silver vinyl from a car sign shop. Do a search on eyebrows and my name and youll see more info

straight up 87 cent economy flat black spray paint from home depot.. of course this was before i put the grill into the car
