ON stock tires?

Estimates please.



Also, how much of a difference would new tires make?

I'm guessing very low 14's.

 

I estimate between 14.0 and 15.0

The 2003 CL tail lights should put me right around 13.1-13.2.

 

I'm thinking 14.2. Thats what I'm shooting for.

You need the lightweight wheels to approach those times...

 

You better keep dreaming if you think you are going to run 14.2 with headers.


I ran a best of 14.7 with headers, intake and sticky ass Potenza 225's with a cold car. Now, had I not had 3/4 tank of gas, spare etc. I think I maybe could have gotten down to 14.5.

I'm thinking about heading to the tack next friday if people are still up to see what these things, along with my Comptech exhaust can do for me.

 

With all your mods, you should easily run 14.4 with good weather.

 

Geeze, i think you'd do a bit better than 14.7 w/headers. I just ran 14.9 with an intake and stock tires. Are you gate shifting or SS?

With just intake and headers I ran a 14.5

 

I was thinking about going to capital raceway where others were going--but, it looks like it would take me way too long to get up there on an ordinary Friday night. I'm going to go to the track up near Fredierick with my friend and his cyclone in the near future.

you have members on this board, two that i recall that have ran 14.2 with I/H no E, n a mod who has ran a 14.3 with those same bpu...

 

14.3 last time I checked. I have headers, intake, new spark plugs and pulleys.
