'05 Expedition vs 01 cl s

'05 Expedition vs 01 cl s
I live in santa monica, CA, I was driving up to my buddies house in the palisades highlands (dont know if any of u are familiar with the area) but the drive up there is so sick, curvy hilly terrain, really fun to fly up at about 90- mph. So i'm coming up the hill and this expedition is pulling up on me @ around 80 mph trying to stomp me so i drop it into third and i'm out we're neck and neck, i start pulling on him going bout 95 into a gnarly turn w/ plenty of cars to avoid smashing into, this guy is a mad man in his expo because i had to back off @ 100 mph into one of the turns because i didnt want to swerve into the opposing lane like he did, just barely missing a brand new corvette. It was pretty funny watching him almost go up on two wheels and then almost smash into another car... anyway my point is, how can i make my car handle better.. because it seems like the expedition was right there with my car as far as handling. whats really up with that?

He's an immature kid racing against suvs, and wants a faster car. everyone here has taken stupid risks and raced a little, BUT
I think parents of underage kids should also be liable if people or property are damaged by their kids.
