04-08 TL 6 speed lsd compatible replacement for my 03 CL-S 6MT?
My 03 CL-S 6spd tranny is getting worn...syncros are going.
I've been searching for a replacement transmission but I can't find any rebuilt ones only used with around the same milage as mine(170k) claiming to shift smoothly but not really willing to risk $1500 and the hassel to find out its no better than mine.
I know the 04 TL's have a 3.2 v6 and available with a 6spd MT with lsd...would this tranny work in my car with little to no mods?
If not...can anyone recommend somewhere selling CL-S 6MTs rebuilt with core exchange?

I believe civicdrivr stated that the 06 TL manual was the one to get because that year was more likely not to have the potential 3rd gear issues of previous years. ![Dunno](https://acurazine.com/forums/images/smilies/dunno.gif)
In addition, as AnthraciteTypeS mentioned, you do have to machine a hole at the boss provided for the crank sensor on the tranny specific to the CL 6speed.
Also, I believe the gearshift lever; #3 on the link below for the CL is different from the TL.
