03 tail light conversion

03 tail light conversion
I tried to search just now but came up empty. If i want to put the 03 tail lights in my 01 CL, do I need anything in addition to the 03 tail light equipment? will they just pop in and work, or is anything needed like an adapter, wiring harness, anything at all? Appreciate the help, oh and if you know how much any necessary parts are that would be even better. thanks.
