I swear I'm going nuts. I'll make a long story short... My car was in a major accident and I did not have it for about 3 month while it was being fixed. Anyhow they screwed up so many things my insurance company is sending out the big dogs to look the the shady work. (we are trying to total it)

Anyway, on the front bumper there's that wide grill type thing at the bottom of the car. In between the fog light spots on the 02's. Is that supposed to be black or body color? I cannot remember!

It's suppose to be black.

I also had some body work done, and they repainted my to satin silver to match the rest of the car. I think I actually like it better painted to match.

Thanks guys! They painted mine. I'm just trying to get them on all the things the did wrong. Basically State Farm should have totalled my car, but it was like 68% damaged and had to be 70%. It's already been back to the shop twice for overspray, seatbelt that did not work, auto climate, and the trunk was off center.

Now after looking at it further there are about 15 issues that need to be fixed. The big dogs are coming out to look at it and may finally call it totaled even after it's been fixed. The hood does not line up, one headlight sticks out further, trunk does not close easy, hood does not open easy, gap in the pass door starts big on top and get's very narrow at the bottom, dash not lined up correctly, odd look bulge in pass airbag. That's just a hint of what's wrong...not to mention missing screws, wrong size screws, missing paint, paint where it should not be, dirt in paint, orange peel galore, and many more fun things.

I hope you use the state farm recommended shop so when they total it the shop never gets business from them again.

Do you have some accident pictures? I'd like to see 68% damage.

68% damage you're gonna want to dump it anyhow. There's no way to get a car back from that..

I don't think I can post pics here? But I do have a few crappy cell pics. Actually it does not look all that bad. Front end damage...I hit a wall. Both bags went off and I hit my head on the rear view mirror. That cracked and the windshield cracked. There was 16k in damage, state farm says the cars worth about 24.5k. Those numbers are not exact, but there's a lot more to it. If it goes my way, I'll be talking about my new G35 in a few weeks. haha, just kidding.
