'03 Delay Wipers

The other day I was driving in the rain, and I had the delay wipers on (set to 0 delay which is like LO). When I stopped at a light, it would delay them, so they weren't running as fast (instead of on all the time). Soon as the car was moving, they'd go back to normal.

Pretty cool!

(Sure it's probably in the manual, but who has time to read it, when you have such a cool car in the garage!)

Speed sensitive wipes...

Very nice feature...

Now we need the rain sensing wiper system. That would rock!

Really!?!?

Damn... I never noticed on my '01. I guess I never drove in rain that much. I just noticed in my '03. Actually, it started with "what the hell... why won't the delay go to 0?" Then it magically fixed itself (when I was driving of course). Then one day in heavy rain I put 2 and 2 together.

Yeah, been there since '01.

Also, you'll notice that as soon as you lift your foot off the brake from a stop, the wipers will go (even if they just ran across the windshield).

So like if you're not interested in seeing the light turn green, you can take your foot off the brake when someone behind you honks and then you'll be able to see the green

Yeah rain sensing is cool and so is auto-headlights. They make it so I dont have to do anything to adjust to the environment. Neat. I LOVE MY RAIN SENSING WIPERS
