03 CL's sunroof

Did Acura ever come up with a fix for the "booming" evident at low speed with the sunroof open? Just curious. I opened the sunroof on the G this morning on the way to work and was surprised how quiet it is.

The boom is re-verb, or air trying to get in and out at the same time. No, there is no fix for it. It is because out truck in sealed I believe. My friends 01 Vetta has that same problems when the top is off and the windows are up. Air gets in and then has no where to go. So for 02 Vetta put a small trap door for the air to enter the car and then escape through the rear via these little trap doors that let air out, but not in. Kinda like a pass through system.

If you crack your windows 1/2 inch in our CL, it does the same thing. My Porsche 944 was awful when you removed the run roof wing. It was so bad you could not hear the radio anymore. Now that was bad.

If you were able to put a hole in the rear deck and then in the truck your problems would be solved..

Has anyone seen a sun-roof visor that is smaller that the OEM one from ACURA? The one that came with my car made mu roof only open like 4 inches, so I took it off. i thought about cutting it down. Anyone try it?
