03 cl foglight inserts

hey guys, i wanted to know if any body knew the part number for fog light inserts from the 03's?

i called the dealer and he acted like they didnt exist and i was making it up. I wanted to try a retro fit using the inserts as a base because my road lamps are useless but cant seem to find them. Thanks in advance
