very shady that there is no reserve... hmmm....

i would imagine that it'd be over the seller's projected ideal reserve by 6 days from now... however, he's taking a big risk if it goes unseen (doubt that though).

strange.
According to the VIN it is a manual (the seventh digit is 1 for manual and 2 for auto).

saw it days ago and was suspect of it, but then I'm not wild about the idea of buying a used car on ebay anyway.

Read the listing, guys. It's a lemon bought back by Honda.

Car was bought back by American Honda due to failure to repair warranty item within time limit. All recalls and service is up to date. I purchased it direct from American Honda."

I happly sold 2 cars on ebay, & bought one. If you protect yourself your fine! I emailed the seller he said it was a dealer buyback for a problem with the RPM limter. Looks like it was a lemon law'd car.

It is simple to avoid a problem with it. Just run the vin thru
Acura to see if the warranty is still good and run the vin for a lemon check to make sure the title is good. If these two things check out I would be ALL OVER IT for $24.5 K.
