'03 5at cls vs. '03 altima 5m v6
just had a run with an '03 5m v6 altima with some bolt-ons (catback exhaust, intake). We started from about a 45-50 roll and then nailed it. i had him at least a full car length up to about 115-120 then he started slowly reeling me in. We shut them down after that so he never went by me. I like my car but i sure have come to dislike the 5at. I'll be installing the c/t supercharger soon so i won't have to worry too much about those kind of close calls anymore.

we stopped at a light before we ran and he pushed in the clutch and revved at me before he came to a stop. it was even more obvious when he dropped in down to second right before we took off. I've been into cars for years now and definitely know the characteristics of a man. trans. I was really surprised at how well he kept up though. I even read in a motortrend mag. I have that they run 14.5's bone stock. That's pretty tough without any mods. I had a '97 turbo prelude as of a year ago that would have put about 20 car lengths on him quickly, but that's the past and this is now.
