*help-P0123 Throttle Position (TP) Sensor Circuit High Voltage

Got my car back together this weekend and am still in limp mode because of this code. We tried calibrating the tps to read the correct voltage, but the sensor needs to turn a little more if you know what I mean, so I'm thinking of dremeling the mounting holes a little in order to get a little more turning radius out of it. Anyway, the code is P0123 Throttle Position (TP) Sensor Circuit High Voltage. I'm running a skunk 2 70mm tb with all oem sensors. Any ideas?
