That TSB has to do with the pulsation felt while braking. They should resurface the rotors and give you the new updated brake pads for the fronts. Some have been able to get new rotors, but that just depends on the dealer.

i know my rototrs are warped, but does is that number just another name for saying my rotors are warped on a 2001 CL-S, or is it part# (rotors and pads) that the dealer would provide me with? i wanna mention that to the dealer however that might help me get new rotors and pads, and i don't wanna sound like ass not even knowing what it means

You just need to tell the dealer what you're experiencing and that you've found a TSB that might explain the problem. The dealer shouldn't give you any trouble with that and will probably go ahead and resurface the rotors and give you those new updated brake pads. You don't really need part numbers or anything, they should know what you're talking about.

Stress the NEW PADS the TSB calls for. They trued my rotors one time wihtout adding the new pads and the rotors were warpped again within 3k miles. Once they added the new pads and trued a 2nd time I've been smooth under breaking for 18k miles!
