Such sadness to see your car like that. Not going to be totalled though. I am like you, I used to not wear my belt either (even after flipping a car), I have gradually made myself put it on every time I get into my CLS, and now it is not an issue. I did not wear it more for rebelious reasons, but nevertheless, wear the damn thing from now on!
i have been sick and on medication, i was tired after a long day at work and dose off

Good that you survived unscathed. Wrecking cars sucks. I've done it a few times. That damage can easily be fixed. Looks like the front wheels are perfectly straight still. The thing that makes it look bad is that the bumper cap is missing. She'll be fine.

needs a new hood, winshield, front bumper, dash, then like 3 panels are scrathed, who knows what happened to the control arms and suspension, and to top it off the frame is bent, they pointed out a buldge in the roofline, it just may be totaled, but i hope it isnt cause i cant imagiine driving anything else, i just wanna keep this car as long as its running fine...

Well if you love the car that much and it IS totaled. Get yourself a certified preowned 6 speed (since I know you love speed)

Like I posted above, dealer by me has a brand new Black/Black 6 speed with Nav, if its totaled. Usually once the frame is bent its tricky. If its bent in a ceratin way, they may not fix it. On my brothers car he hit a curb at 35 mph and it jumped the curb. The shop told him there was no safe way to repair it, so they just totaled the car. Hopefully it won't be that bad, but it always sucks to get in an accident. Good luck and hopefully everything will work itself out.

Nope...that has nothing to do with it. The impact doesn't look like it was severe enough. No way they total that car man. Mine was MUCH worse than that....12,600 bucks worth, and they STILL didn't total it.

Glad to hear you're alright even though you weren't wearing a seatbelt.

Darrin I dont think its bad enough to total it although those pics do bring to life how bad wrecks suck man. If its totaled go find a 6-spd and start over, your ok and thats what matters.

Man I can totally relate.

I just f*cking wrecked my ride at 6:30am this morning. I rolled it on my way home from work(12hr shift). This is not a cool situation! I think that every panel in dented or has some kind of damage except the trunk. The top, wind shield and both sides of the car are all caved in and shit.

I'm total bummed out. I just got my headers installed on tuesday. I have tons on money in that thing and I just know that things aren't going to work out in my favor. Well at least I walked away without a scratch on me.

I guess another one bites the dust.

You could pick up a 6 speed for $28k I'm sure. If they are just sitting on the lots dealers will practically give them away. Hope everything works out for you dude.

call your local dealer or go down there and they can do a search. I just got back from the auto show and I might be trading in my rsx for a tsx, I just love those cars.

everyone is tellin me since the frame is bent that the car will never be the same, in that case i rather have them total it and get a 6 speed, i am thinking its a 50/50 chance they total is cause of the buckle in the roof and frame damage, i wouldnt mind starting the modding process al over with a 6-speed

When do you find out whether or not they are going to total it?

If they do, a 6 spd sounds like it would be hella fun.
