**MAJOR ACURA RECALL*** very important, everyone needs to get this taken care of.

It was brought to my attention that if anyone on here has the clear tubing used to transfer windshield washer fluid from the bottle to the hood, the tubing is defective!!!!! They will replace the tubing with a black hose free of charge and guarantee you many years of clean wiper fluid. Good luck

I'm calling Acura right now to have my car towed to the dealership for a new tube. I don't feel safe driving it with a major defect such as this.

yeha, i got clear tubing too..but i already took it in for them to repair the windshield wiper hose...maybe those fockers didnt do anything after all...hmmmmmm....anyone else aleardy bring their car in for this service and still have a clear tube?

there was too much alcohol in the solution and ate away at the lining of the tube...u would see it on the windshield with all the smudging

BTW, I don't think you need to have black tubing to be "safe"...


(Only the best cars get purple tubing/hoses with Zebra stripes... )
