Will these assemblys lower my car?
Hi guys I needed new shocks for my TSX, so I opted to buy stock ones. I found and bought these on ebay, but I was wondering if this would lower my car, since it is Aspec and that is a different set up. If so, can I just use my regular springs and use the shocks and struts from these? Or should I just resell these and use the money for a good shock and strut that can be used for my old stock springs? I want an improved ride, but I don’t really want to lower the ride height. (lots of potholes where I live lol)

From the ebay listing, I don't see the shocks you bought as A-spec. They guy has probably sold you his stock suspension kit and has replaced his with the A-spec kit. In that case your car won't be lowered.
From my knowledge, the A-spec kit only lowers your car by about 1/4 inch.

BTW, the 04-05 A-spec suspension drops your car around 3/4" and the 06-07 drops it around 1". I would assume the 08 is the same as the 06-07.

There's no question about it.
What you bought is just regular ol' stock suspension.
Not A-Spec.
It's very clear to me by reading that.
So no, it will not lower your car at all.
And yes, they should fit.
You should do a total swap out.
Just take out the old, and put what you bought in it's place.
Throw away the old.
