wheel question

i'm in a process of looking at a used Moda R6 rims.
it is 18 inches, and bolt pattern is 5x114.3
tire used is 245/40/R18.

will this fit on my 06 tsx?

How wide is the wheel, what is the centerbore, and what is the offset? The 5x114.3 bolt pattern is correct.
