TSX on stock suspension with aftermarket wheels
Why is it that most cars look "lifted" when you throw on aftermarket wheels with the stock ride height?
Even with the same size wheels and tires...
I recall seeing some TSX's look decent with aftermarket wheels on stock suspension, but others look not as good.
Could've been the color making the difference.
Anyone have some pics of a TSX with aftermarket wheels that looks good without a drop?

I minus sized to a 16 and my car looks lowered.
If you plus size to an 18, it will look like alot of gap.
It also depends ont he style of wheel. Some will make the car looks like a 4x4 some won't.
Usually when you plus size, the sidewall of the tires is smaller so it gives the illusions of a bigger gap in the wheel well.

OEM wheels+tires look 4x4 so if you go aftermarket our eyes catch the difference and most popular offset is like +45,48 so that might have some play in it.

I guess it could be an illusion thing. Less tire sidewall.
Any pics of your car btw?
