looking to get tires for my tl-s rims. wanted to know what everyone else is running. i know stock for that rim is 235/45, but i just wanted to see what others are running.
im going to be going with a high performance summer tire, since i have winter rims. thanks, any help works!

You don't say if you've used them before and/or you have tires on the wheels now. But, when I used TL wheels (04-08 generation)(and the base TL wheels are the same size as the S wheels, 17x8 et 45) on my 05 TSX, I used the TL OE size tire. I ran General Exclaim UHP in the 235/45x17 size. This size is the same diameter as the OE TSX tire (215/50x17)(and by the way, 8" in really too wide for the OE TSX tire).

yea sorry, didnt provide enough details. i dont have tires on them now, as im planning on running them in the summer. i kow the stock tsx size wont fit, wasn't asking that. i was asking abotu what people use, and maybe if they go down to a 40 instaed of a 45 size tire. thanks.

I'd say your only option other than the 235/45x17 might be 225/50x17 (which is what I run on 17x7.5 wheels and would actually fit nicely on the TL wheels). You'd have to go to an 18" wheel to run a 40 series tire (the correct size would be 235/40x18).
