Tein ss coilover springs, possible to confuse fronts with rears?

Just a question, would it be possible to confuse the front springs with the rears?

How do you tell the front and rear springs apart?

My car seems so bouncy no matter what damper settings the shocks are on......could it be possible that my springs are swapped?

the fact that the rear spring rates are less than the front could explain why the front of my car bounces....thats if its even possible to confuse the springs

anyone have any input on this?

There should be numbers on the springs to indicate spring rates.

I've been riding on the tein ss for a few months, it seems that no matter what the damper settings I cant get a good ride....the car is super bouncy

Something doesnt seem right....my integra used to be slammed on coilovers and it was never as bouncy as this.....and the teins are higher quality

I'm just looking at any possible problems

how low is your car ? - if your way out from teins default settings that may be having an affect on the ride quality

How low are you? If you are very lowered on the SS you are shortening the shock stroke, which can cause bounciness, or you may possibly be hitting the bump stop

From your other post (https://acurazine.com/forums/showthread.php?t=27054), it seems like you're sitting a bit too low for the SS. You could be riding on the bump stops now. Therefore, you feel the bounciness. If you want to keep the same ride height, you either have to trim the bump stops or you have to go with FLEX instead.

Trim up to 3/4 of the bottom side of the bump-stop. Make sure you leave the top part in there as it is the hardest part.

I checked the numbers on the springs and they do match the spec that Tein has on its site

Front

Rear

So I guess I was just being paranoid
