Tein Basic/SS Height Adjustment?

Ok, I'm kinda a noob when it comes to suspension so bear with me. How easy is it to adjust the height on the Basics or SS. e.g. Do I just take off the wheel and go from there or is there more disassembly? If someone could just give me a step by step that would be great. I'm trying to decide on suspension but I'm having some trouble, knowing how easy it is to adjust would help. Thanks!

Ya pretty much jack it up, remove the wheel and adjust the "Bottom nut(S)" under the spring on the coilovers. Measure from the bottom of the nut to an edge point lower on the coilover. Each mm you adjust has a linear response in ride height. See your suspension spec sheet. It should tell you what the measurements are. It fairly easy if you have basic mechanic skills (Able to do a basic spark plug and oil change tune up).
