A-Spec Rims, TSX or TL w/kit and suspension

I remember seeing a post a TSX had with the TL A-spec rims, I was searching till I got tired and couldn't find it. Can anyone link me to it? I also wanted to see the TSX A-spec with some coilovers if anyone's got them. I can host the images for you guys.

I love these A-spec style rims ont he RSX concept. Sorry for big picture, too lazy to Photoshop.

here's the thread I think you're talking about, but the photo gallery link is dead; looks like the guy dropped his .mac homepage ...........

TL A-Spec rims on TSX

This is his car.........

They stick out a little for my taste........Those are the older TL-A Spec rims, which were 8.5" wide. The new TL A-Specs are only 8" wide........

I don't think that black TSX had a suspension mod.

It's kind of lame that they used the old RSX as a "concept", with the new one coming out not long after.

It looks REALLY red on your pics so I can only imagine what it would be like in person.

That's my SSM. Here's the direct link.

And yeah 18 x 8 would've been perfect. Early adopters get reamed. 8.5 isn't bad though, just a real subtle thing.

Hi Kighter,

I was going to post your link from the earlier post last night but the link was down; hope you don't mind.

The more I look at your pics, the more I like it; I'm almost positive I'm going with the new 8" ones. Have you considered lowering your car a little? The 8.5"/45 looks really good if the car is dropped.

As for the NBP in this thread; the car is dropped on Comptech 110-155s, which were the TL fitment but were used for TSXs early on; they list a 1" drop on a TSX. The new part number is 110-160, which I beleive will lower the car closer to 1.5" in front. Also, it's running the 8.5" TL A-Specs.......
