will these fit on my 04 tsx?

18x7.5 +48 offset in the front and 18x8 +35 in the back, both with 5.114.3 bolt pattern. tires are 215/40/18 in the front and 225/40/18 in the back

 

Yep, those should fit. Back ones will stick out a bit, but you're probably going for that look. Just make sure your centerbore is big enough and you'll be fine.

They will work and look great. Depending on how low you are you might just need a very mild fender roll in the rear. The centerbore is the opening in the middle of the wheel that meets the hub. Most likely it will be bigger and you'll need hubcentric rings.
