what the hell does offset mean? and can i put some 19's on. i was thinking about 225/40 19? do you think that will work or is it going to be to big?

In addition, 225/40/19 is the wrong size if you want your speedo to be accurate. A better size would be 225/35/19 or 235/35/19.
