noticeable difference from lowest to highest dampening adjustment?

I'm trying to determine if I really need the dampening setting with the coilover setup. Trying to decide between the Tein basic or SS/Buddy Club N+.

Is the setting from the lowest to the highest like night and day? If they actually feel different then I might opt for the dampening option to be able to fully customize the ride quality.

thanks.

The Tein has 16 settings, 8 being the recommended initial setting. Change even +/- 1 setting is noticeable on the ride and handling.

Exclamation Settings

You will notice a big differnce with even the slightest setting adjustment. If you are serious about setting your TSX for optimal ride and performance the investment is truly worth it. Plus if you wish to add it later you will incur additional costs. Good Luck....

I notice a HUGE difference in the lowest to highest settings on the BC N+. I had it on the stiffest for a while and it was incredibly stiff, on the other side the ride is quite compliant.

I have the same coilovers as Fury does and there is a huge difference between stiffest and softest.

On a side note, Fury, what do you have yours set at right now? Mine are 3 clicks from the softest all around.

That's interesting, I wouldn't have figured it made a noticable difference witha +/- 1 setting. I guess I should look into getting adjustable coilovers.

However my girlfriend highly discourages me from autocrossing. So I figured basics woud be enough for me.

I'm 2 from the softest right now.

I didn't have any plans to autocross but I wanted the adjustment to make my ride more comfortable.
