Should I go with the stickers or without?

I think I like it better with the stickers. Gives more looks to it. Just my opinion though.

You don't have to apply all the stickers. I have these in bronze and only have the blue stickers placed in the middle around the lugs and it looks nice and clean. You can place any of the stickers you want, I like them plain but imo looks better with a bit of stickers on there.

Either way looks good, but I'd say to leave the stickers off of the lip, and keep them on on the inside of the wheel.
